Your kit arrives.
It comes in the black TestD mailer.
- Keep the mailer. It is also your return bag.
- Leave the liner on its seal strip until your sample and card are packed.
- Check the device, tube, heat pack, wipe, gauze, band-aid, collection card, TestD Microtainer and biohazard bag are all there.
ImportantKeep the tracking receipt. It stays with you, not in the mailer.
Every detail3 steps
- Open the delivery bag.
Take out the black TestD mailer and lay your kit out.
Keep the TestD mailer. That black bubble bag is also your return bag, so do not throw it away.
- Keep the seal strip covered.
Leave the adhesive liner on the mailer until your card and your sample are both inside.
Only two things go back: your signed card, and your capped tube in its TestD Microtainer.
- Check your TestD kit.
Your TestD kit includes:
